Merry Christmas India

Christmas is one of the most important celebrations for the Apostolic

Church in India. creating joy and peace for all.

This year, the Rev. D. L. McQuinn Memorial Foundation in conjunction

with the Apostolic church of India - Andhra Pradesh Division is endeavoring

with your help to bless our most impoverished pastors and their wives, along with

the forty children from our Little Blooms Orphanage in India.

Canada itself has seen much poverty in the last few years

with much homelessness, drug abuse, and financial struggles, but

thankfully being clothed and fed is still obtainable in our country.

We all know of the struggles, but in India it is even worse!

If you are an Apostolic Christianin India; poverty, lack of housing, lack of clothing,

daily food, medical care are part of daily life. Then add to that the

times of severe religious persecution.

Jesus said…

34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

In caring for those at home and abroad - we are in fact ministering to the Lord himself.

This year is one of our most ambitious projects yet, clothing thirty-one pastors and their wives, to give them dignity and grace.

We are also wanting to provide a meal of celebration and forty

gifts for the children.

Our goal for this project is $1700.00 (us)

Let us minister to the Lord, by ministering to these our precious India Apostolic family.

Many people giving a small gift will spread the load - lets

clothe the Pastors, provide a Christmas banquet and gifts for the Children - lets spread some joy!
