The corporation Rev. D. L. McQuinn Memorial Foundation Inc., is an Apostolic Christian Private Foundation and its activities are restricted to the following:
- The corporation is to organize and provide Apostolic, Biblical religious instruction to the members of the corporation.
- The organization is to provide Apostolic Pastoral Care to the members of the corporation.
- The corporation is to support outreach and missionary endeavors to spread the Gospel of Christ.
- The corporation is to establish and maintain a building for Apostolic Christian worship, training and fellowship.
