Within Canada, all the Ministry Licences are available through your local Apostolic church, including Local Licences, General Licensing and Ordination for service, please contact your local Pastor within the PAW, the UPCI, or the ALJC.

For those Not associated with any major Apostolic Organization please feel free to complete the form.

We regret to inform you that General and Ordination Ministerial licensing outside of Canada is no longer available, please contact the Global Divisions of the PAW, the UPCI, or the ALJC for all International Ministerial Licensing.
