For My house will be called a house of prayer for all the nations.” Is. 21:13b
In August of 2025, the Lord asked for a change. It seemed good to the Lord that we were to move the work of the Foundation from Saskatchewan, Canada to New Brunswick, Canada the call was clear,
"Go and Restore"
We were blessed to have the incredible support of the Board of the Rev. D. L. McQuinn Memorial Foundation Inc. and also our Suffragan Bishop and Diocesan Bishop with the CDC.
The will of the Lord seemed to be that this move was to create a new online ministry that consisted of an evangelism centre with Online House Churches and Prayer Ministry.
Strangely,the prayer ministry first evolved internationally,
when the Lord requested, that due to the lateness of the hour that, "We sow beside all waters" we reopened the international side of the Foundation for Prayer line registrations.
it was there the Penobsquis International House of Prayer was truly born.
Since that time the ministry, has grown powerfully and the establishment and registration of over 70 Canadian and International House Churches is currently in progress.
To God be all the Glory!
He had a plan.
The prophecy and scripture given in 2003
Hab.2: 2 Then the Lord answered me and said:
“Write the vision
And make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who reads it.
3For the vision is yet for an appointed time;
But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
Because it will surely come,
It will not tarry.
House Churches
Jesus said, "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” Matt.18;20 NKJV
The Penobsquis International House of Prayer is an online ministry servicing those in Canada, and internationally with-out a local church body.
With the vastness of the Canadian landscape and the isolation of some of our rural and remote communities, having access to a local Apostolic Pentecostal Church is just not possible for some Apostolics
It is our we hope to provide those in remote areas have access to online Apostolic Resources and Services and a central Canadian place for prayer, for support and encouragement.
We are currently helping to establish House Church Pastors in Canada, Kenya, Uganda, and India

Who we are and what we do...
Our Purpose:
When there are just two or three, or if you are unable to attend a local Apostolic Pentecostal Church, if you are isolated due to distance, ill health or weather, we provide online connections to connect with a local Apostolic Pentecostal online congregation. We provide encouragement, a place to connect online, with connections to daily prayer meetings and weekly Bible teaching and connections to crusades and Special Services.
Who We Serve:
As a CDC affiliated ministry we connect first and foremost to Canadians- helping to provide solid Apostolic Pentecostal online teaching, preaching and providing weekly online interactive prayer connections.
Our International Online Prayer and Connection Ministry is a short term commitment to help isolated world wide Apostolic churches find local organizations to join with and find fellowship.
Our Faith:
As Apostolic Pentecostals we are
Apostolic In Doctrine and
Pentecostal In Experience.
We strongly believe in being born again of the water and the Spirit. John 3:5, Acts 2:37-39, Acts19:1-7
